Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing or via email to events@h-its.org and is valid only with acknowledgement of receipt. Conference registration cancelled on or before 15 April is refundable. Registrants cancelling on or after 16 April will not receive a refund. If payment has been made and a visa is not awarded in time to travel to the event, the full registration fee will be reimbursed.The visa rejection letter or proof that the visa application process has been initiated on time is required. Registrants may send a substitute in their place in lieu of requesting a refund.
